Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://herstronglife.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of and participation in Services, Programs, and Digital Products provided by Her Strong Life, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our Services may include, but are not limited to, coaching Programs of varying durations, including the Her Strong Life Method – 16 Week Coaching, as well as downloadable resources, guides, and other Digital Products (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing the Site, purchasing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

  • Client - refers to any individual who purchases or participates in the Services

  • Company - refers to Her Strong Life, LLC

  • Digital Products - refers to downloadable resources, guides, templates, or other materials, whether free or paid

  • Platform - refers to third-party tools used to deliver Services, including Squarespace and Trainerize

  • Program - refers to any coaching Program offered by the Company, including but not limited to the Her Strong Life Method – 16 Week Coaching Program

  • Services - refers to all coaching Programs, Digital Products, content, and offerings provided by the Company

  • Site - refers to https://www.herstronglife.com

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Program Description

The Program refers to any coaching Program offered by the Company, which may vary in duration and structure, including but not limited to the Her Strong Life Method – 16 Week Coaching Program. Specific details of each Program will be provided at the time of purchase.

Programs may include:

  • Customized strength training programming

  • Nutrition guidance (including macro-based strategies)

  • Communication and support

  • Access to coaching tools and Platforms, including Trainerize

Program features, structure, and delivery methods may be updated or modified at our discretion to improve the Client experience.

Digital Products

We may offer downloadable Digital Products, including free and paid resources such as guides, templates, or educational materials (“Digital Products”).

Upon purchase or download, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Products for personal use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, or resell any Digital Products without prior written permission from the Company.

All Digital Products are non-refundable, consistent with our Refund Policy.

Payment Terms

All payments are due in full or according to the selected payment plan at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed through Squarespace using secure third-party providers such as Stripe.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our Services, including coaching Programs and Digital Products, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to complete or participate in a Program

  • Unused coaching time

  • Dissatisfaction with results

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to download or access Digital Products

By purchasing any of our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Coaching Eligibility & Health Screening (Program Only)

This section applies only to the Program which is a subset of our Services.

As part of the Program onboarding process, clients are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) and Health History assessment after purchase.

If, based on this screening, it is determined that participation in the Program is not medically appropriate or safe at this time, the Company reserves the right to:

  • Decline onboarding into the Program, and/or

  • Issue a refund for the Program portion of the Services only

This exception applies strictly to the Program and does not apply to Digital Products or any other Services.

Coaching Agreement, Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

By purchasing or participating in any Services, including coaching Programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services
The Company provides online fitness coaching, which may include exercise programming, habit coaching, and general nutrition guidance focused on macronutrients and sustainable lifestyle practices. All Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice
The Company does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition guidance is not intended to replace medical nutrition therapy or individualized advice from a licensed healthcare provider. You should consult with a qualified physician or other healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or dietary concerns.

3. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the Services and are solely responsible for your health, safety, and well-being. You agree to listen to your body, modify activities as needed, and seek professional medical guidance when appropriate.

4. Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in fitness and nutrition Programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or adverse outcomes. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.

5. No Guarantees
Results from coaching Programs and Digital Products are not guaranteed and may vary based on individual factors, including but not limited to effort, consistency, adherence, health status, and lifestyle.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Program, including training plans, materials, videos, and resources, is the property of the Company and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share Program materials without prior written permission.

Non-Transferability

Your purchase of the Program is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other individual.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Program at our discretion if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in inappropriate or harmful behavior

  • Fail to make required payments

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Program or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
